Can I return an item?

You have a withdrawal period of 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in exactly the same condition as at the time of delivery: unused, unwashed and without any modification. Products or lots returned incomplete, soiled or damaged are not refunded.

Returns are primarily made by hand. Alternatively, the item(s) must be returned by registered colissimo, with insurance in France, and by any means guaranteeing the value in the event of loss or breakage. Information and proof of shipping must be communicated by email to the following address:

When and how is the reimbursement made?

Once we have inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of our decision whether to approve or reject your refund request.
Any validated return triggers reimbursement, within a maximum of 15 days from the date of return, by crediting the bank card used when paying for the order, of the amount corresponding to the price of the product(s) initially paid. (s).

The value date of the credit thus made depends on the customer's 'bank card contract'. In the event of a problem regarding this value date, the customer is advised, after ensuring that Assiettes antiques has made the reimbursement, to contact their bank branch.

What should I do if my refund does not appear in my bank account?

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Can I exchange an item I don't like?

Unfortunately, we do not do exchanges.

I was given a gift that I would like to return, what should I do?

If the returned item is marked as a gift during purchase, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned product(s). This gift credit will be sent to you by email.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to collect the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will be notified that you have returned the item.
